Doing its part to develop the economic landscape of TT, the Business Development Company (BDC) launched its BDC Trade Portal last week at the Banquet and Conference Centre, Fiesta Plaza, Movietowne. The BDC Trade Portal is a fully capable, online e-commerce facility, where local firms can set up their own customisable online store, and sell their products and services in real time using a third party credit card systems to receive payments. He explained in addition to the trade portal, the BDC has launched an initiative to meet with all the exporters in TT to discuss the issues which they are facing, with a commitment to identifying solutions.
