The workshop will provide attendees hands-on training on CSXT’s e-business tools, such as how to submit timely and accurate shipping instructions; manage plant inventory and demurrage; proactively monitor traffic; view, pay and dispute freight bills; retrieve public and private quotes and rates; and order, modify and view car supplies.
