Sinclair, a retired security analyst and vice president of Adams Express Co. She also earned a master’s in business administration from the New York University Graduate School of Business. Sinclair began her investment career in 1954 as a security analyst at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith in New York City, few women were working in that capacity on Wall Street, family members said.
